Candor and Internal Applicants

  1. Solid piece. A company that genuinely cares about people development will build in time for that feedback structure. YUM Brands did a great job with this during my tenure there. We would review management team members for promotion, promote those that were ready, and sit down to create a development plan for those that weren't.
