Unwritten Roles in the Manager's Job Description


If a manager's job description contained all of the roles that are performed, it would list:

  • Priest/Rabbi
  • Investigator
  • Diplomat
  • Warrior
  • Psychiatrist
  • Trail Boss
  • Critic
  • Cheerleader
  • Teacher
  • Editor
  • Farmer
