Small and Memorable



No matter how small an act may be, if it is kind or cruel and needlessly done, there is a good chance that it will be remembered for many years.

    One of my favourite books is "The Little Big Things" by Tom Peters. It etches your point and plot across so many areas of business and our life, and if you've not read it, it's well worth the investment and time.
