I like the fact that I can unjam a copy machine in 2 minutes, instead of having to wait 2 days for a technician to come & fix it. Basic things, like treat every customer with courtesy & respect (whether or not they are a "big account") are huge, HUGE things to remember. Little customers always have the potential to become big ones, and when they do, they will remember the companies/people who treated them well along the way.CincyCatnoreply@blogger.com
