My recommendation...Sorry you are dealing with this. My recommendations: take the Nitros. Tell the dentist to turn up the percentage on the gas when administering the Novocain. Crank it up! After the shot, turn it back down. I also wear a sleep mask and play with a hand held puzzle. Basically, I try hard to NOT be there and the gas sure helps.
