We've created departmental road maps to give everyone a quick snapshot of where things are on people's developmental calender. It's been very helpful so far to see where your pieces fit with the other departments schedules.<BR/><BR/>We keep all the sheets on on Google docs so that the information is accessible to the whole company.<BR/><BR/>We have one meeting a week to go over specifics of projects and heads up for future and shortly coming changes and developments and quickly get back to the grindstone.<BR/><BR/>The key to the success of it is we all treat it as a work in progress.
