Their work can easily go unnoticed (unless they make a mistake). Respecting servers should be a key part of any restaurant meal, but as <A HREF="http://www.interviewchatter.com/video-instruction-how-to-handle-a-lunch-interview/" REL="nofollow">Interview Chatter</A> points out, this can be especially important during the lunch interview.
