Call me old fashioned, but I'd like to be able to assume that the members of the Italian hockey team are Italians.
This TIME article shows that is a bold assumption. Ten of the 23 members are really Canadians.
This could make the Olympics less attractive. Rather than seeing a country's best, you may simply be seeing an athletic version of the Foreign Legion.
