Lone Wolves?

This CareerJournal article about ex-entrepreneurs returning to the workforce is actually about culture. Corporate types are often prone to regard entrepreneurs not as Lone Rangers but as lone wolves. There is an undomesticated nature to being out there on your own and corporations can be logically wary of it.

At the same time, if the transition is done well, the organization can gain invaluable insights, but the applicant has the burden to reassure the hiring team. The virtues will not be self-evident.
