Trust-Based Selling

The trust-based selling techniques that Charles Green proposes for consultants can be applied to anyone who has to sell something...and that covers most people.

Hint: He wants you to be upfront with your price as soon as possible.

I can identify with that. Have you seen seminar brochures where you have to search to find the price? All they've succeeded in doing is irritating the potential customer.
