Multicultural Marketing

I read articles such as this one on selling to a multicultural market with mixed feelings. Some employers use ham-fisted approaches that can easily slide into illegal discrimination.

For example, the article mentions a bank branch that is entirely staffed by Chinese Americans. The old EEO officer in me raises an eyebrow. 100% Chinese American?

And that was achieved without violating Title VII?

What's perversely amusing is the bank probably touts its diversity. That branch isn't very diverse.
