- Pretend it is not a problem.
- Say you'll get to it at some point.
- Try indirect and/or amateurish solutions.
- Tell yourself that it will go away.
- Ignore it until it gets worse.
- Ask people who know next to nothing about the topic what they think you should do.
- Promptly seek professional help.

I don't know if the last option meant for us to professional business help or professional psychiatric help; sometimes one needs to do both.
