When Diversity Training Stinks

There's a great post by Fran Melmed at Fistful of Talent on the problem with diversity training.

Many of the problems in diversity programs stem from politically correct zealots who divide more than they unite; wimpish executives who are willing to accept any nonsense in the name of diversity; a sloppy lumping of diversity with equal employment opportunity; and a failure to address discrimination problems in a serious and practical manner.
