In many cases, you be surprised at what crawls out of the closet. If nothing does, that's also an indication of a problem.

Thanks for the pointer, Michael. I love your question and I know from experience that it can yield some fascinating responses. A variant of it, that encourages more of an individual perspective is: "What would you like to be different?"

That's a very good question to draw out individual concerns. Its flip-side, "What do you don't want changed?" is also helpful.
