Humm makes sense, funnily enough that was how I constructed emails, attachment first, then email, A subject that made sense then check the recipients details.........Off it goes.....But I never thought anything of it. Just one more thing if an email is complex or unpleasant then I usually assign it to the drafts folder in a holding pattern for awhile, just because it is an email doesn't mean it doesn't need time to ferment...
Handy also if editing a message for a senior leader or large group, so that one doesn't accidentally hit SEND and ship it off half written or not edited.

ReplyDeleteBob,
ReplyDeleteThe fermentation process makes a lot of sense.
