I read once in a "working mommy" article that sometimes, life throws working parents (of both genders) impossible decisions.
It goes something like this:
The Big Presentation that the entire team has been working on for months is this afternoon. The investors have all arrived. You're the one that the team has selected to speak.
One hour before the presentation, the school calls to say that your kid is throwing up.
The only way to stay sane is to just make the decision, and don't look back.
Good advice!

CincyCat,
ReplyDeleteGreat example. We make decisions that are reasonable and don't worry about whether they are perfect.
