Hiring English Majors, The Wisdom of
I apologize for not catching this sooner: Tim Berry (and Steve Strauss) on the wisdom of hiring English majors. Makes sense to me. Some of the sharpest people I've known were English majors. The Philosophy majors were another bright bunch.
