    Very interesting, especially in an increasingly "BYOD" corporate culture. Personally, I always have requested that the company I work for provide a phone for me if they expect me to conduct business on a mobile device. (Numbers are easy to port from device to device.) Business is business, and personal is personal. Their data is their data, and mine is mine. No personal chitchat on company devices (I don't even give family my work email address). There are some lines that have been put in place for a very good reason.

    The blurring of work and private life is a lawyer's nightmare. Make that, a defense lawyer's nightmare.
