A late night message from a chairman: "I need some guidance."

Good timing. I'm putting together a coaching package that would be ongoing, substantive, and flexible. This is trickier than it seems because matching predictable scheduling with flexibility can be like docking a spacecraft. Pricing can also get complicated. 

I'm strongly leaning toward this approach regarding on-going coaching: Tell me what you want and for what price and I'll let you know if I can do it.

It would remove the guesswork.
