Amid All of the Artificial Intelligence Talk

 This is a time for us to be rehumanized; i.e. to rediscover what it means to be more than a success formula or a project completer.

What will this require?

More poetry, more beauty, more patience, and more attention to the intangibles.

It will require more time in the white spaces between the boxes on the org chart and, with that, a greater sense of what people want and what they fear.
