Teams and Schemes

I like the thought behind this CareerJournal article on how firms should reward cooperation instead of competition.

The problem is: How many organizations will really do this?

People hate office politics but it will, I fear, always be with us.

Back-stabbers, credit-grabbers and manipulators were around when we were living in caves.

For them, new expectations regarding team work simply mean new strategies for promoting themselves.
