Consultant Don Blohowiak thinks that many so-called trust problems can be traced to a lack of clarity as to who is responsible for what.
I'm currently coaching some managers on that precise issue. It's very easy for assumptions to pile upon assumptions and many teams have vague delineations of responsibilities.
