Steve Yastrow has a thought-provoking definition of a customer:
"Anyone whose actions affect your results."
Let me see. An embezzler is a customer? A vandal is a customer? A computer hacker is a customer?
I think Steve may want to review that one or perhaps he has a very different definition of customer.
