Voters in Arizona will be asked to approve a proposition that will result in the random award of one million dollars to someone who votes.
It is one of the dumbest ideas out there. We don't need people who vote for the sake of winning a lottery. We need voters who are informed and who don't require a financial incentive to get them to the polls.
