What's in a Name?

The government of Chihuahua, Mexico won’t permit parents to give unusual names to their children. If a foreign-sounding name is used, then the middle name must be Spanish.

[Perhaps they feel a foreign-sounding name might encourage xenophobia.]

On a related note, rapper and role model Lil' Kim, who
was not born in Chihuahua, was recently released from prison.]
