There are some photographers who also were obsessed with certain models - Alfred Stieglitz with his wife, Georgia O'Keeffe and Edward Weston with Margrethe Mather. The women themselves were known and developing artists themselves.
There were deep relationships involved and I wonder if Pino had the same with his models. Does one have to fall in love with their subjects? I guess it couldn't hurt... :)
