Will It Be a What and How Meeting?
In my experience, "How" gets short-changed.
Once "What" is decided, people begin to pack up their materials as if "How" is self-evident.
They sniff, "We don't want to micro-manage" and head for the door.
Yeah, sure. Very droll. But we all know that How to implement What has numerous trails and some are extremely treacherous. [Note: Not just mildly treacherous but extremely so.]
Take some time to talk about How.
Sometimes an analysis of How causes a change in the What.
