OJ Verdict

On this day in 1995 the OJ Simpson verdict was announced.

I recall the moment well because Diane Sanders and I were conducting a workshop on managing EEO/AA programs.

It was hard to keep people focused when they knew the verdict was coming.

In deference to reality, we declared a recess so one of the attendees could listen to the radio and give us the news.

Still amazing.
