We read books and articles, hold meetings, have retreats, write plans, set goals, evaluate performance, go to conferences, sip coffee with peers, listen to lectures, form factions, persuade neutrals, challenge assumptions, revise policies, survey customers, use technology, form committees, research ideas, question mentors, and stay up nights in search of one thing: clarity.
