I drove out to Sun City this morning for a check-up with my dermatologist.
If you're going to practice dermatology, Sun City is a great place to locate. I dodged golf carts on the road in. I suppose that if the residents aren't on the links, they're in-doors pondering the state of their skin.
And the older and more sun you get, the more lizard-like it becomes.
Anyway, all went well. We talked about books and business while he zapped pre-cancers with dry ice. If you've gone through that form of light entertainment, you know that the pain doesn't kick in until you reach your car.
The drive back is always memorable.
