The Reluctant Supervisor

Despite a family connection - this short book is written by my son - I can objectively say that it contains sound advice for shy or introverted individuals who've ever wondered if they have the right personality to be a good supervisor.

The book's setting (a huge fulfillment center) is certainly more deadline-oriented and fast-paced than the average workplace but that makes its observations and recommendations all the more meaningful.

If its guidelines work there, they will certainly help reluctant supervisors who operate in much calmer waters.

Great stuff. Check it out.
