Going Full Ahab
At Ricochet, GuruforHirebakes bread. [Be sure to scroll down.] I've never attempted to bake bread but this looks pretty tempting and anyone who uses "full Ahab" deserves some attention.
I started making bread in December and am using the Tassajara Bread Book. So far, I've made two batches and developed a sourdough starter. I am enjoying the process immensely. It forces me to slow down (you can't make good bread quickly).

Thanks for the name of the cookbook.
Many of the best dishes out there cannot beat a great loaf of bread.
