"I heard about the comment Ed made at your staff meeting a few months ago. Did you order training for your team?"


"Did you launch an investigation?"


"Did you suspend Ed?"


"What did you do?"

"I called him into my office and told him never to do that again or he'd be fired."

"That's all? What happened?"

"He hasn't done it again."
