"This approach has a lot of interesting features and once people get trained on them we believe it will go smoothly but, of course, they'll need test runs and refreshers and the technology has some glitches and so it may take a few months to get the leaders up to speed but once that is in place it should work out.
"Granted, there are simpler approaches that could be ready next week but they aren't as impressive. Unless all you care about is substance."
