Universities or High Schools?

 

If I had a choice of improving the high schools or the universities, I'd pick the high schools.

Doing so would indirectly help to improve the universities but it would also help millions of people who decide not to go to college. That selection is often a wise decision.

Make the high school diploma meaningful again.

I'd also bring back the draft (in a new format) but that's the subject for another day.
