No joke. I was thinking just the other day that it has been a long time since I was wowed by a flour tortilla.

I'm a man of simple tastes and can get nostalgic about food..

If you know what I mean, you also know that once you've tasted a great flour tortilla, all of the rest just blur together in a pathetic Last Place.
