Sally Kohn's piece at CNN is a perfect example of how we got into this in the first place. She doesn't actually know anything about software engineering, says it will be easy to fix, and then repeats the party line right down to repeating that "Already, 3.4 million young Americans have been able to stay on their parents' insurance plans until age 26." This last shows that she not only doesn't understand web designing, but she doesn't understand economics. How does it help a program that requires young payers to join and fund the system to remove them from the system for years? The fact that most don't have full-time jobs is also a disincentive. Oh well, make them dependent. They're easier to satisfy.
