Management Problem

What he was doing was not going to work but the standard solution wouldn't work either because although someone else would have embraced it there was no way he'd be comfortable doing so and there was good reason because his current practice was not mindless and the matter could not be handled like some case scenario in a textbook which everyone recites while a professor nods and so another approach had to be crafted which would permit him to keep doing what he was doing while slowly giving him less reason, due to his own progress, to do so.

As a result, he was not given a solution. He became one.

There is another lesson here but I'm still sorting it out.
