Approach your paper projects as if you are crafting a fine piece of furniture. You are not "cranking it out" or "wrapping it up."
At various stages, you will do the equivalent of holding it up to the light to check for flaws. All will be corrected before it is complete.
Your work is your craft. It should be done well. Thinking of it as a craft helps.
