Water a plant. Solve a puzzle. Praise someone's work. Slowly drink a cup of fine coffee. Listen to one piece of music that is so good you'll appreciate it ten years from now. Watch some birds and try to catch every detail of how they move. Don't rush in traffic. Be patient with other drivers. Turn off your car radio. Look at the dimensions of the street. Take one task and perform it as if you were competing for a gold medal in that category.
Don't let life bother you. It's a long-running play and you are one of its stars.
