When you see a problem, ask:
- Is it one of substance, perception or both?
- Who benefits from its existence?
- Who suffers the most from it?
- Is it also a solution?
- Is it growing or shrinking?
- What is its cause?
- What feeds it?
- Who/what are its allies?
- Who/what are its enemies?
