Basic and Important
I've sat on committees where at least a quarter of the members had given up on the mission and were plotting their exit. I've seen boards where influential factions had completely different views of what the organization's direction should be. Both scenarios are far from rare and they point to two subjects that should be periodically reviewed: mission and direction. Do you think those are obvious? Have a review session and see what emerges.
