The Office of Introspection

Large organizations could benefit from an Office of Introspection, which would ideally have a small staff with the job of identifying two things: 
  1. Which activities should we stop doing or encouraging?
  2. Which activities should we start doing or encouraging? 
Nothing else. If vigorously pursued, that mission could be one of the most valuable in the organization.
