Logs and Omissions
I suggest that clients who make presentations to councils and boards keep a log of each presentation along with details on questions, answers, and particular areas of interest. Conversely, it is not only wise for board members to keep close tabs on what was decided or requested, but also to study staff reports and presentations for what was omitted. What does the silence say?
