Unfortunately, this concept is not limited to the external client. More and more COR departments especially HR - come up with policies and procedures that work for them but not for the line managers and employees.
Vince,Excellent point. I cringe at the way technology has been used for the convenience of HR but certainly not for that of job applicants.Michael
