Most of my recent coaching sessions have dealt with how to lead and manage. A couple of them focused on how to write well in the business world. Some have been on presentation skills. A few involved diplomacy. Others were about organizational structure.
And I've met with several people over the past few months where the main topic was mindset. That was not the anticipated topic but it became the main focus.
Looking back at all of the sessions, I believe they go beyond mere technique.
They involve acquiring a new perspective.
When the old glasses don't work, it helps to get a new pair.
