Agreed.Neil Postman's book, "Amusing Ourselves to Death: Public Discourse in the Age of Show Business" is a thoughtful and concise exploration of the technology/attention discourse. (Prescient, too — he published it in 1985.)Then again, I wouldn't have discovered this blog if not for a certain amount of scrolling. Oh well!
