A question that applies to a surprising number of people: "Would you rather speak up and achieve the right thing or would you prefer to remain silent and permit the wrong thing to be done if that action somehow makes you feel superior?"
Examples:
- "I would have given them the solution if they asked but they didn't ask so I'll just sit back and watch the disaster."
- "I shouldn't have to explain my situation or preferences. They should have been alert enough to ascertain them."

We can spend year after year in the school system and study a multitude of subjects but the one subject we rarely examine in detail is looking at us in the mirror every morning.
How does that person learn? What are that person's flaws? Which characteristics are most likely to cause problems in the future? Under which circumstances does that person perform best?
The list can be quite lengthy and yet we treat that class as an elective and not as a requirement.
