A settlement has been reached in the case of a CEO's disputed credit card bill over charges at a topless club.
An excerpt from the Wall Street Journal Law Blog:
According to the Post’s account, McCormick, a married father of three from St. Louis, took three business acquaintances to Scores in October 2003. He said the bill for, as the Post puts it, “a night of lap dances, liquor and other entertainment at the topless temple” should have been about $20,000. Instead, the tab ran to $241,000.
A source told the Post that McCormick’s bender put $150,000 in dancers’, er, garter belts.
