Workplace Rudeness

With all of the attention that rudeness in the workplace receives, such as in this Worthwhile magazine article, you'd think that employers would do more about it.

Think of how many times you've encountered a troll who's been wandering the hallways and haunting the conference rooms for years and yet no one has done anything about it. In the meantime, of course, good people choose to leave rather than put up with abuse.

This is another one of those occasions where fear of wrongful termination lawsuits protects dysfunctional workers.
